Cancellation Policy

LabPreps Requires a 24 to 48 hour notice prior to appointments for cancellations. A fee may be applied for Late cancellations or "no-shows" with less than 24 hour notice. Our Lab Draws service ensures accurate and efficient specimen collections. All patients must arrive with a complete requisition kit that includes necessary supplies and documentation. Please note, if patients arrive without a kit, collections cannot be performed, and appointments will be rescheduled once the required kit is obtained. For any inquiries, our team is ready to assist you in the preparation for your visit. 🩸 Preparation Checklist for a Smooth Appointment • Hydrate the Child: Ensure your minor drinks plenty of water 24 hours before the draw (unless the doctor ordered strict fasting).
